Hannu specializes in dispute resolution, mediation and litigation. Hannu has a robust experience in both, civil and criminal cases from general courts of justice, arbitration and sport related dispute resolution. Hannu is a board member of the Finnish Bar Association and the chairman of the Ethics Committee. Additionally, Hannu is the chairman of Finnish Sports Law Association and a member of the Swiss Sports Law Association. He has a broad national and international network, which gives him great possibilities to work with professionals from different fields of business.
Within the field of international sports law, Hannu is known as an experienced professional. He has represented several international high-level athletes, coaches and clubs of various sports including traditional sports as well as Esports. Among their other achievements, his clients have won 3 Olympic Medals and 13 World Championship Medals. While representing his clients, Hannu has gained vast experience in Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and in FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber and Players' Status Committee. Additionally, Hannu is a member of the World Athletics Disciplinary Tribunal.
